    Does anyone know the location of over clocking guides for Intel Pentium 4 `s?

    Im trying to work out what Pentium P4a to get . Thinking about the 2.0a but i would like to see some guides and bench marking .

    I have looked as much as i can at work but our network is as slow as the second comming :( :devil:
    P4 2.8 HT ( Oced to 3 ghz )

    Have a look at this CPU Database as ppl have recorded their o/c's there but basically I havn't seen a guide on P4's but then it's just like overclockin' any other CPU by the FSB. ;)

    Yeah i had a look there and the P4 1.8a is impressive but my AMD 2000+ XP beats the P41.8 oc`ed to 2.4 easy . So i may wait until the AMD 2400 and 2600 cpu`s hit the shelf :)

    The "Thoroughbred II" cores look to be extremely good so far and it's a shame that I had to put up with a the original "Thoroughbred" core 2200+ as all "Palamino's" here seem to be long gone from the Athlon range. :smokin:
