Question How much speed do i lost cuz of mobo Alive-NF6g VSTA

Hello guys i have a question.

    MY PC currently.
CPU: Amd Phenom x3 8450 ( I want to replace to AMD Phenom II QuadCore 965 ) Question is it is worthy
GPU: ATI HD 4870 Broken ( I want to replace to Ati 7790 i dont know if its worthy )
Mobo: ALiveNF6G-VSTA (Flashed to BIOS 2.26)
Ram 3gb DDR2 800mhz (Soon i will add 1gb ddr 2 same as first one they will be in dual channel + 2gb ram what is there already )
    Power Supply 630w

I have mobo Alive-NF6g VSTA (Flashed on 2.26 Bios i can put AM3 cpu there) on the website they saying that.
*If you use AM3 / AM2+ CPU on AM2 chipset motherboard, the system bus speed will downgrade from HT3.0 (5200 MT/s) to HT1.0 (2000 MT/s), but the CPU frequency will not be influenced.

My question is what that mean for my if i want to put there for example this CPU AMD Phenom II QuadCore 965 Black E 3.4GHz how much of speed i lost cuz mobo HT 1 limitations.
What is that mean anyway that HT 1.0 or HT 3.0.

Also i want to change GPU from HD 4870 to HD 7790 but of course i am counting i will replace the CPU as well because of that i want so expensive GPU.
I dont want in case i would slowed by CPU cuz that GPU is way too powerfull for my current PC.
But if my mobo limitations for CPU will be to much , i mean if its not worthy. I will keep my current CPU and buy some cheaper GPU.

So guys help me if it s worthy to change CPU and GPU.
Or just keep CPU and buy som cheaper GPU.

*Also please help me what GPU would be ideal for my current PC specs. In case i want change just GPU a nothing else.
Like a variant for HD 4870 same power but today.

This only in case when it is not worthy upgrade CPU*

I am looking forward for your answers.

Check out HyperTransport - Wikipedia where they say:
The primary use for HyperTransport is to replace the front-side bus, which is currently different for every type of machine.
    and
AMD uses HyperTransport to replace the front-side bus in their Opteron, Athlon 64, Sempron 64, Turion 64, Phenom, Phenom II and FX families of microprocessors.
It looks like the bus speed and bandwidth will be lower, even though the cpu speed will not be affected.

Check out the performance differences between the HD 7790 and the GTX 650 Ti Boost 2GB video cards.
The Nvidia card is slightly less expensive and has better gaming performance than the HD 7790.
Check out HARDOCP - NVIDIA GeForce GTX 650 Ti Boost Video Card Review where they concluded:
    The Bottom Line

If we haven't made it clear yet, the GeForce GTX 650 Ti Boost is a good upgrade if you are on an aging Radeon HD 7770, or GeForce GTX 650. The GTX 650 Ti Boost will get you a substantial performance improvement. If your choice is between the Radeon HD 7790 or GeForce GTX 650 Ti Boost, the new GTX 650 Ti Boost is the better option for a better gameplay experience. If you are trying to decide between a Radeon HD 7850 and a GeForce GTX 650 Ti Boost, we'd have to go with the GTX 650 Ti Boost. It offered slightly better performance; just make sure you get the 2GB model. And it is less expensive.
It's best if your new 1GB memory has the same brand and model number as your current memory.
Mixing brands or using different memory model numbers can cause problems and might not be stable.
