My FSB is reading 66 mhz in the PCMark benchmark test. In my BioS it says CPU speed it 133. Which is right, or is there a setting that I am missing somewhere? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Programs and utilities that display system speeds generally do so by reading the information from the system itself. It is not unheard of that a program will misunderstand the data and display the wrong information.

To verify, you might want to pick up something along the lines of WCPUID. It is a freeware utility that is good about correctly interpreting the system information.
