I know, but I had this memory avaible for free, I will sure get some better ddr later. This comp is to be used mostly by my wifey, and it is quite overkill for her games as it is now anyway.
But sure sooner or later i will throw in 2 better modules and attempt to oc. I guess it wont clock at all with this sticks am I right..?

It'll o/c but how how I can't say havin' never used that but 140MHz shouldn't hurt most memory.

I see, I have good chance to lay my hands on a XP2400+ this weekend, is that processor 266 or 333..:?:

If 266 then i'll guess I will have kind of a bottleneck between mem & fsb..

It's 266DDR and with the ability of that mobo to run it easily at 333DDR FSB ya's want to think at least PC3200 if not PC3500 (I know how quickly this chipset can stress the best memory). :smokin:

I set the fsb to 142 mhz, and the gf4 to 270/490, default is 250/446. It gave me around 1000 points and the system is still stable.. :)
