    Exclamation Delayed Order - No response via email

    It's been a week since I placed my order for the 128GB 1.8" SSD for the Macbook Air (rev A).

    I received a confirmation of the order, followed by an automatic email saying there was a problem and to "reorder". I've done that, received the auto-email, but no actual order number. My credit card has not been charged which makes me suspect that something is amiss.

    I've tried emailing, and even submitting a help request via the web form, but no response to either.

    Trying this, as someone at RunCore appears to read and respond.

    Sometime when that happens it means our Synch program did not like some part of your info.

    If so it would be stuck in the Q.

    I will check on that in the morning.

    I did receive an email follow up (thanks!) saying it woudl be shipped last week. However, there is still no charge on my credit card... or any drive.

    Email inquiries to the "info" email address, but that does not appear to be monitored.
