    Default RUNCORE customer sevice/support

    RUNCORE has never replied to my emails either a sales inquiry or tech support. Does Customer service or tech support exist at RUNCORE?

    Hi, maybe you can help me out. My situation's noted here and it's similar to that of a few other members.

    Runcore's had my drive for two weeks now, and I haven't heard anything from them. I'm getting a little impatient here; I'd like a working, replacement drive or my money back. What should I do?

    To Danny: You can send an email to RD@runcore.com so that all the support team can see the issue and hope they will figure it out soon.

    To Commander Wolf: Where did you get the RunCore SSD and when did you return the SSD to your distributor?
