I searched for the harddrive model. It's a Toshiba MK8007GAH.

You can find the user manual here: http://sdd.toshiba.com/techdocs/MK8007GAHUserGuide.pdf

There is a picture of the interface. I can't find any photo of the interfaces at runcore. Or any explaination: What is ZIF/LIF/IDE?

    Thanks
    Claus

For all who want to know what is ZIF / LIF:

ZIF ? LIF ? WTF ? cut the BS... [www.ZIFLIF.info]

So I guess it is a PATA conector?

It's a 50pin Female PATA. RunCore RCP-IV-P18XX-CF is fit for it.

But the toshiba harddisk has only 3,3V. PATA Disks have 5V.

I Do not want to damage my notebook; nor the SSD.

    Thanks Claus

    Take it easy.
Our 1.8" 50pin Female PATA SSD is 3.3V power supply. Not all the PATA driver is 5V. Generally, the 2.5" PATA is 5V power supply.

Thumbs down Re: What Runcore drive for SONY VGN-TX3HP

So now I can tell you that the 1,8" PATA is not the right for the Sony TX3.

As I now can tell you: The information given here in this forum is of no use. There is no female connector. It's male. (Think I don't have to explain on this) And the connector, which is a 2,5" connector is on the wrong side of the disk.

Driving 200 miles to Darmstadt (Germany) for nothing. Thanks for the disinformation

I would suggest not to buy any Runcore drives, as there is no detailed information on the website.

My tip: DON'T GO FOR RUNCORE!

I don't know why you say such words. But if we have something not comprehensive, I say sorry here.

I only say the information of Toshiba MK8007GAH you provided is matched our product that 1.8" 50pin female PATA SSD.

Because it is a new product, so it hasn't be posted on the website. If you need the further information you can contact us, we will send to you.

Also if you have any suggestions about our products or services, welcome to email to us.
