Default Does PATA SSDs support TRIM in WIN7?

Currently RunCore Pro IV 1.8" PATA ZIF is using Indilinx controller, which supports TRIM, and a JMicron JM20330 chip, which has no indication of TRIM support, to bridge from sata to pata. This structure is similar to connecting a SATA SSD to a RAID chip, in which case TRIM function would be lost.

So, theoretically from my understanding, RunCore Pro IV 1.8" PATA ZIF cannot support TRIM. I hope I am wrong, but there is really no way that the TRIM command can go through the bridge chip.

Can someone who actually own one of those SSDs tell me if it is true?

SOLVED. Trim is an ATA7/ATA8 command. Thx nando4.
