Default Need support for failed SSD

I was wondering if you can help me with this problem. About 2 days ago, my HP mini 1000 failed to boot up and the error shown: Unable to find HDD. I rebooted the notebook a couple of times but still the same response. Therefore later on I ran the BIOS setting but failed to find any HDD.
Later I removed the Runcore SSD and replaced it with original HP SSD. And to my suprise the notebook boot and run without any problem. I thought my Runcore was broken but when I plug the USB to the Runcore SSD, the drive do show on my Windows Explorer. I can even copied file into it without any problem. I thought the OS was corrupted so I ran the Acronis Easy Migrate 7.0 again but the software failed to detect Runcore SSD. I tried it twice again but still got the same problem. Can you help me figure out what I should do? I bought this Runcore SSD about 6 months ago from a reseller in Europe.

This is my Runcore 32GB details:
    Runcore 32GB (RCP-I-Z5032-C) SN:0900012157
    Notebook: HP Mini 1000
    OS: Windows XP Home Edition
    RAM: 1x 2GB

Let me know if you need additional information..

    Thank you

    Dear customer,

    Thanks for your detail information.
Because your USB interface can work well, except the ZIF interface.
So I think mayby some pin of the the ZIF interface is broke off or loose.
You can contact with your reseller for RMA.
