    CAS Settings?

    Corsair XMS Extreme Memory Speed Series DDR 3200 1GB
    Athlon 64 3400+
    MSI K8N Neo Platinum
    EVGA Nvidia Geforce 6800GT

    Current BIOS settings:
    Tcl-2.0
    Trcd-3
    Tras-6
    Trp-3
    T1
    Should i make any changes?

    Change the tRAS to 9-13 (memory benchtest to see which one does better on your system) though most people with A64 setups find that 10 is the best for them.

      Do i want agressive timing Disabled or enabled?

        You can try it enabled though it may cause stabilty problems.
