Actually, if did boot, but only once.
My win10 got scrambled and I used a recovery usb stick and reinstalled. Note: the OS Drive is a SSD.
When I booted, it got booted and started the process of establising defaults, network, etc. and finished those. I powered down and closed the case. Then restarted and it does get to BIOS.
There is power to the MB and when you turn it on there are no beeps; and while the monitor turns on, there is nothing displayed the screen -- i THINK it is a blue screen.
The LED q-code displayed on the MB is "LP" which I can not find any reference to that. The fans come to on.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
