    Extreme 210/210 (2.1 mOhms / 2.1 mOhms)
    Turbo: 160/160 (1.6 mOhms)
    Performance: 130/130 (1.3 mOhms)
    Power Saving: 40/130 (0.4 mohms/1.3 mOhms)

Auto is "whatever Gigabyte wants it to be."
I've seen it get set to 1.0 mOhms / 1.3 mOhms at 4.7 ghz, and 1.3/1.3 at 5 ghz, literally.

If you want to use Intel proper defaults, use Turbo, which is the 8 core reference value.
Or you can just program manual values in Internal VR Settings, which will override the presets, regardless what they are set to (Just don't go over 210 for AC (2.1 mOhms) unless you want to destroy your CPU, when using Auto/Normal voltage).
