Try updating to the latest BIOS release, it should solve your problem :)

I already did upgrade to the Y version. This is just one of the minor problems. My biggest problem is high CPU usage.

I made another thread for it

I've got the same problem with the screen turning off when the system goes standby. Even when switching the screen off manually and then try to turn it on later again.
It also happens often when switching to another user.
In cases the switching works I always get a few no-signal messages before it shows the users logon screen (also takes about half a minute!!).
My lcd is connected through HDMI with the HDMI-DVI connector.

So the latest BIOS should fix things.
How do I flash the bios without a floppydrive?
I hear the windos-flash is dangerous.

My BIOS is from Phoenix Technologies, has version 6.00 PG, date 09/05/2007.
Would that be the Y version you are mentioning?

I have the same problem. No display either with VGA or HDMI. How can I upgrade the BIOS if I have no display?
