Default How do I set up my RAM to DDR2-800 MHz 4-4-4-12?

This is weird. my SG33G5 runs OK if i set the RAM settings in Auto. Once I changed to 4-4-4-12, HD then go corrupts, unable to reboot and Vista needs to be repair like hal.sys is corrupt, etc.
I am not trying to OC my PC, just want to get the most from the memory as I bought my memory as a 4-4-4-12. The RAM is 2x1GB DDR2-800 PC2-6400 Crucial Ballistix and HD is Hitachi T7K500 500 GB

EDIT: Apparently I bundled my SATA with power cable, bad move, so that caused the interference, hence corrupts. Move the SATA cable and everything works fine. :)

Here is the BIOS setup and the value I enter in the BIOS
    DRAM Timing Selectable (Manual)
    System Memory Frequency (800 MHz)
    CAS Latency Time (4)
    DRAM RAS# to CAS# Delay (4)
    DRAM RAS# Precharge (4)
    Precharge Dealy <tRAS> (12)
    Write Recovery Time (auto)
    Refresh command period (auto)
    write to read delay (auto)
    row active delay (auto)
    read to precharge delay (auto)

I don’t want to OC the RAM, but just want to set it up to the max that the factory spec (which is 4-4-4-12 with 2.2 V) but dunno how to set the rest.

    Thanks for the input.
