    Default Flash bios from cd?

Can someone point me in the right direction to flash my bios for a sd30g2b from a cd? I already have the bios file but i need to know how to create a bootable cd i guess?

as you may have gathered from the different posts about flashing the BIOS, it depends upon your optical drive. If it is a SATA optical drive you have to find a different method like USB or Floppy or temporarily attach an IDE CD-Rom drive.

For IDE CD-Rom drives Google for BootDisk and you find ample of methods, guides and sources on how to create a clean boot cd-rom. You also find USB boot methods there.

You can also update your BIOS under Windows,
    download winflash from here

and just extract the file and load up your new BIOS file.
