    Mine does 943.

    UDMA 5, 80 conductor cable.

    Serial ATA, 10,000 RPM.

    Master on its own channel.

    Is this low?

Yes it seem a little low as many newer 7200rpm ata100 drives can do that, even with only 2Mb cache..

I just thought of something...which drive does it test?

My 80gb WD SE drive is the first disk on my computer (IDE 1, labeled C). Maybe it is testing that one.

My OS is on the Raptor.

There's a logical flaw there. If it's running on Serial ATA, then why is it using an 80pin conductor cable? And Master on it's own channel? There's only one device per Serial ATA port.

Whoops, looks like I was a little tired when I wrote that.

Ignore the cable part. Obviously it is master on its own channel because it has to be (BIOS labels it as Fourth IDE Master).

I think PCMark is testing the wrong drive.

How do I check and/or change this?

Well I just won't worry about it then...not buying the Pro version just so I can test my Raptor to find my score is the same as everyone else's.

Sandra says something like 26,000 or so.

What drive is it installed on? I installed PCMark2002 on my second drive (the maxtor) so it tests that, and I got my 1382 :thumb: . : peace2: Mista K6
