Best Buy has a Norcent CD-RW Drive on sale for $19.95 after rebates. I heard that this drive is actually a Lite-On LTR 52327S,
which I believe is a pretty decent drive. Has anyone else heard of this ? Opinions please on this drive .

Norcent? never heard of it. But if it really is just a relabed Lite-On, it should be pretty good. I recently perchased a lite-on burner similar to the one mentioned above, and I'm pretty happy with it. It's a bit louder than my last burner, but not much.
I've gone too far and need to move on!

Norcent has been around here in the U.S. for a while. They don't build any products. They re-brand and box others' products. Just because somebody got a Liteon drive in their box dosen't always mean all of the other boxes have a Liteon in them too. Have bought a Pine brand dvd rom and it was a Toshiba drive. Recently bought a Buslink dvd/rw and it was a Liteon. Sometimes the stuff in the re-brander's boxes is from some unknown Chinese company.
