Have you tried setting your gigaRAID function to RAID?

If you have an on chip RAID controller, you should use that one. It's usually faster(and simpler to install) than other secondary controllers, even though they are built on the same MB.

When you install XP and need SATA, SCSI, or RAID, you have two options:

You use a CD with the drivers for the controller slipstreamed onto it, just as service packs can be.

You put the drivers on a floppy and hit F2 when prompted to "Press F2 if you need to install any SCSI controllers." Well, something along those lines. I don't even remember if it's F2, but you'll know the line when you see it.

"GigaRAID" through nForce 3 150 *unless rev. 2 is the 250 version) is the onboard controller. There's no add-in card in use here.

F6 is the key not F2
