Default The difference between mSATA and MSATA

MSATA is also called 1.8" micro SATA. It has HDD and SSD, and popular be used on the Lenovo T400s.
mSATA has SSD only, and popularly used on Thinkpad X220T420T520 and W520.

The first released mSATA by Samsung, MMDPE64GEDXP-MVBMMCRE32GEDXP-MVBMMBRE16GEDXP-MVB,capacity is 16GB,32GB,64GB. MMCRE32GEDXP-MVB was used on Lenovo Y460, but function is so so.

And then, Intel released 40GB and 80GB, reading spead is fast but writing speed is a little slow, not very high performace.

Renice released mSATA base on Sandforce controller, speed of reading and writing is very good. Capacity can be reach to 120GB.
