A video card for what? Your notebook?

I might be mistaken, but I don't see anything that gives us the computer/specs you are working with and want to change...

The video card in notebooks is embeded into the mainboard just like nearly everything else.

A 32 speed video card? Wow! I haven't seen one of them in.... ever!

Is your laptop a brand name laptop (Compaq, Toshiba, IBM, etc..)? If so, tell us what the model is. If not, then it's gonna be hard to answer your question.

Even still, there's a 97.85% chance that your laptop will have a built in video chip which ain't coming out.

RAM and HDD is your upgrade options.
Notebooks are for buying and using - not upgrading.
