When I was putting thermal adhesive on my card, I took the liberty to write down all the info I could about it, cause I wont be getting those heat spreaders off again :p . Anyways, this is what I got off my RAM chips:

    Samsung 253

*This number changed with every chip, so its my guess its the chip's identification code.

I went in and typed that in at, and this is what they gave me back:

    Part Number(old): K4D28163HD
    Organization: 8Mx16
    Vdd/Vddq(V): 3.3/2.5
    Speed(ns): 3.6,4.0,5.0,6.0
    Refresh: 4K/64ms
    Package: 66TSOP2
    Interface: SSTL_2
    Production Status: EOL(May '03)

Those RAM speeds are pretty much all over the place, as the difference between 3.6 and 6.0ns RAM is quite great. Any way I can find out what specific speed the RAM is? J/w, thx, : peace2: Mista K6

The 40 at the end means 4.0ns or 250mhz.
