it's there a difference in pipelines between the np and pro versions? if that's the case, i don't see what good flashing the bios will do. I'm sure you will get better results from overclocking.
I've gone too far and need to move on!

No there isn't. I read that the np are the same as the pro, just with different memory chips. But i am asking for a guide to flash it to a pro. Thanks.

Well thanks mike, but it didn't help. I decided to take my chance and use one of the guides i found on www.futuremark.com. I have an ATi manufacteur card with infieoen memory chip(3.0ns), which was not reconmmend to be flashed, but i did it anyway.
Here are my results, from a stock 324/290 to 380/325. I had to underclock the memory because it wasn't able to handle 335, but have not tried the core yet. But i guess i am happy with the results, better than a card being fried :D

WEeEEEEE, oh excuse me. My results are 450/325, but i did not feel safe at that clock so i turned it down to 400/325. That is much better than i expected for my infieoen chips. Thanks for mike who helped.
    (excuse my spelling)
