I know my commands for MP2 and this particular one is 'showfps' and it even says 'Enabled fps' (true) after I've used it, but it still won't show up anywhere on the screen..

Thx I'll check out Americas Army I've heard of it but never seen or played it.. :)

If you need good, accurate FPS rates, try Fraps.

    www.fraps.com

It purposely only takes up a small amount of memory, and its what I use to record demos of DX/OGL games. The FPS tool is pretty invaluable in games that dont give you easy access to it, such as Need for Speed Underground. The 2.00 Demo doesnt let you make nice movies, but the FPS is still fully functional.

Fatguy3 I bought Fraps 2 and captured some nice shots, heres one I resized from 1600x1200 to 800x600 to spare the dial up users. It was a 5.6Mb BMP in the beginning.. lol

About the fps, is Max Payne2 locked at 50fps? It always stays steady at 50fps with the settings below, if so is it any way to 'unlock' it to get higher fps..

    1600x1200 32Bit
    16x Anisotropic Filtering
    6x Anti-aliasing
    All game settings at Max

Damn I'm impressed with this card it was a god buy! :)

Long time no talk from me, I kinda forgot about this humble place I should call home.

Being me, I went to the Toronto/Missisauga (if thats how you spell it) ComputerFest
and bought me a PowerColor Radeon 9600 Pro, and yes, it runs Mp2 with full details at 1280x1024 wih no lag :D This is definetly my best investment for a long time.

It's good to be back here, at TweatTown.
