That would be why I use r9000pro 64/128mb 275/275 for a majority of budget minded customers. Even a 64mb beats fx5200 128mb, and r9200 128mb by lots and the $ is right. If one can still be found. They are plentifull here and are way cheaper and better than the new models above and are in a retail box with an ok bundle(h.i.s. or sapphire) with active cooling. $95cdn vs $130+cdn. And the customer can actually play games @768x1024 with all details on @ a not so totally sucked framerate lag. I loved mine (h.i.s r9000pro 128mb vivo)bought at launch for $209cdn.

I tried to install the 9200 into my PC Abit BE6 P3 and it just kept crashing, was sooo slow it wasn't funny, works perfectly in a P4 2.6ghz P4P800S.

That's why I installed the Leadtek A340 into my P3

    Ok, let me repeat myself....

...SOME of the 9200's wont work on a P3...

And I tried it in 3 different board and CPU combo's.

Just curious why not buy a older 64 MB Geforce 2 GTS Pro for cheap it will stomp any MX equiv card even if it has 128 mb.

I have a 128mb GeForce 4 Ti 4600 it seems a little better than the GeForce 2 GTS Pro I had. On Q3 Arena timedemo's this new card seems to do alot better 300FPS in 5.9s in the P4 than in the PIII 750 I had which was only about 100fps. UT was kinda a joke on the PIII it took forever to load and Direct X always had it crashing. I finally got sick of it and ran Open GL drivers instead of DirectX 9 crap. :blah:

Anyways the MX 2 cards can be had for cheap like $25 if you don't want to spend alot of $denro$ it's cool. It's upto you though.
