    well...... thanks for looking at this but can u please help me
    which one is better and which 1 shall i buy (plz help me soonish cos im intendin on buyin 1 soon)
    i currently have FX5200 128MB (some peeps fink its **** i fink its ok well it plays all my games without no probs exept for HALO)
    ALSO MY MOBO IS MSI AND THE FIRST CARD IS MSI WILL IT RUN BETTER

    1.MSI - NVIDIA FX5700 DVIVIVO AGP 256MB OR....

    2.Sapphire Radeon 9600XT 256MB DDR DVI-I TV-OUT LITE RETAIL BOX

    it doesnt really matter what brand you get.
    i would recommend the 9600XT but i cant rembember which is better.

    If that is the plain FX5700 and not the FX5700 Ultra then the R9600XT will be faster.

    so it wouldnt mater that option 1 is by MSI(same as mobo) and the radeon will be better quality

    I've got a couple of Radeon 9600P's here and the image quality IMO is that the ATi product is just that bit better than the FX5700.

    wots worth getting .....
    (currently have 256MB ram)
    the radeon graphics card or..........

    have 512MB ram and DVD player for PC and CPU heatsink n ova fans

    The 9600XT has better DX9 implementation than the GeForce FX. The image quality is sharper as well.

    MSI's cards are fine, but, no, you don't need to buy an MSI brand of video card. That's like saying you need a Wilson baseball glove to catch a Wilson baseball.

    Bumping it up to 512MB of RAM is a good idea. If you don't plan on watching DVD's on your PC, then don't bother with the DVD-ROM. If you're temps are fine and you're not looking to overclock, you should be fine with your current heatsink.
