Default PCI Video Cards. Advice needed...

I have a computer with no AGP slot (yeah, enough to make you spew). What is the best PCI card that I can get my hands on? This tech is so out of date it's hard to find anything about it. Please help!

if your wanting to play modern games it may be best to replace the computer.
the best pci card you will find would probably be an FX5200 or Geforce4 MX 440 or similar.
in other words crap cards which wont be good for modern gaming.
what are you using the computer for? gaming? surfing?

The best pci card I have seen so far is a non se r9200, just like the agp versions the se is total crapola.

PCI cards are very bandwidth limited though as with maximus7001 I've found the R9200 (not the SE versions) to be the best ones but you'd be better off to replace at least the mainboard with one that does have an AGP slot.

    maximus7001 said R9200's.

I agree you would be much, much happier with the purchase of a new mobo with AGP as well as an AGP video card such as the 9600XT
