one thing that seems wierd to me is that it comes up with the "no input" msg. I believe that if the monitor is plugged into a card, even if the system is powered on, it should not come up with that msg. It might be a good idea to take a look at the pins on your monitor cable and adaptor, and make sure none of them are bent.

sorry if this has been posted before but try clearing the CMOS. i had a similar thing happen (that i just rememberd). when i ubgraded to my 9800 pro from a ****ty fx5200, it worked fine for a while. then all the textures were messed and i got all sorts of glitches. i was messing around with the bios and after i applyd the changes, i got something similir to what ur getting. i actually had to take out the mobo battery to reset the bios

Hi all, well iv tried all the above with no success, cleared cmos, reseated all components, still no joy!!, Even tried fitting my existing graph card (on the pc im using now a radeon 9000 pro) on to this new system and the same problem occurs, think im gonna have to try a rebuild, bein v.carefull about how i mount the mobo, i also notice someone else is havin a similar problem with an asus sk8v mobo - hhhhhhmmmm wonder if theres something in that?!?!?!
