    Default Which PCI-Express vid card?

    I am in the process of putting in a new system together and i need to know which is a good videocard to get with it. I cant really afford that much but i am an ati fanboy and dont want a 6600gt but it has to have pixel shader 3.0 . Plese help
    My System:
    -AMD Athlon 64 3200+ Manchester Em4 Revision
    -Abit KN8-ULTRA
    -X800GTO2 @ X850XT PE (16 pipelines)
    -1024MB PQI TURBO DDR 400 @ (2x512) Dual Channel
    -450W Heavy Duty Rosewill Powersupply

    If you could give us a budget line you can work with and where you are in the world, that would be helpful.

    My budget would be under $200 and i am located in Cleveland OH, USA. I would like sm 3.0 but i hear that gto2 mod is pretty nice alternative.

    That is the 6800GS and they are excellent cards.

    Go with the 6800GS better card overall.

    The 6800GS mops the floor with the X800. Neither card can unlock hidden pipes and the GS also is SM3 compliant. I would avoid the X800.

    I hate to say this, but I really hate Nvidia for some reason (Bad luck with my last card) and was hoping an Ati X1600XT would be just as good as the GS? Is the 1600 a good choice?

    i looked that card up ati x1600xt it looks good also a good price around $160 plus u should go with saphire for ati that company is good
