I've been using the ASRock 939Dual for months. It's a great board once you get a couple problems worked out (and it should come with an updated BIOS so you're probably fine). It has an annoying overclocking limitation in the later BIOSes (and you want the later BIOSes), but it's no show-stopper unless your an overclocking freak.

You can only get HTT to 274 under newer BIOSes. Old BIOSes don't support many processors and have some annoying bugs. The 274 limit mean that a 3000 can get to 2.467, a 3200 to 2.74, and anything above that will do any plausible speed.

It will work with all socket 939 processors, including the 3700.

It will accept any AGP 3.0 video card. Older video cards (we're taking earlier than GeForce 2 here) won't, but that applies with any modern motherboard.
It will accept all PCI-E cards.

No real problems other than that and some of the issues that occur with older BIOSes. It does lack a couple of features that are basically standard in nF4 and NF3, those features being Gigabit Ethernet and Firewire. It also has a bug that prevents SATA drives from being hot-swappable, which won't be an issue for the vast majority of users.

i didnt call you one, just said you sounded like one in that post.

most people are satisfied with a resolution lower than even 1600x1200, which means they buy cheaper cards. your religious devotion is blinding you.
    anyway, forget it man.

uli is explained in the review here at tweaktown i just read up on it,seems
    good as nf3-4..

    - Pros
    Fast
    SATA 2.5 controller
Single Chip (Like nForce 4 AMD)
    Supports SLI and Crossfire
    Cheaper than nForce 4

read below zach,it is truly a winner.
