First of all i am getting a Dell XPS M1210 and i would like to know if this laptop/video card can run Battlefield 2 all at HIGH and i would like some feedbacks about this card and this laptop (I need this laptop for college and play) and if your going to post please dont say stuff like 'that card sucks get 7900' or even that computer sucks dont even bother to get it' all in advance, Thanks :)

I guess a lot depends upon what resolution you plan on playing, also are you gonna upgrade the book at all? What does your notebook have for RAM, Proc, and the like. Please forgive me if I'm asking something stupid.

The computer specs are... (I am going to costomize it via Dell.ca)

    - Intel Core Duo Processor T2500 2.0Ghz
    - Windows XP MCE OR Professional
    - 1GB Dual Channel DDR2 SDRAM at 533MHz 2 Dimms
    - 80GB at 7200RPM
    - Nvidia GeForce Go 7400 TurboCache

and i would like to run it at least MEDIUM and HIGH too and theres this website that makes games run on widescreen i forgot what is it called... but its on my Favorite

I dont really trust any shared mem. but you never know. you might even get 2 gigs of RAM, b/c after windows uses some and also the card, there might be a shortage.

Hey well that sound like a grate system I dont know much about the card I will do some research and post more about it. Also why dont you get a gateway, hp or acer there much better than dell because dell puts crapy stuff into there systems sorry if im being to harsh but dell is the worst computer company because they dont use any good stuff like Amd. Also how much are you spending on the laptop. Sorry man im giving out my oppinon ok but plz dont get mad at me. lol!!! I'll try to get you the info on the card though!!!

I was reading around and found out that you can run games at medium settings with a 7400 but there isnt much more about the card that I can find out. Also be sure to get 2gig of ram because the card will take 256mb and if you had 1gig your actuly only at 756mb when gaming. So I would recomend atleast 2gb!!!!

With a 64bit memory interface don't expect much gaming performance.

That card will not run BF2 on High settings. It will barely handle medium settings. It's considered a low-end card, and will simply give you the ability to play any game, not to play any game well.
