    Default Riva Tuner OC Settings

Wanted to verify for peace of mind. I had an FX5200, OCed quite nicely, then just purchased a 6600 - just enough without having to update the rest of my hardware (had to unplug my cold blue cathode lights and A: drive). What I wanted to know is that are my previous OC settings still in effect when I swapped the cards? I didn't see anything OCed in the panel or any start-up options selected, so I'm guessing not. The only reason I have for concern is that I can only overclock to 441/520 without the computer having a problem - and I've seen higher scores elsewhere on the net on non-gaming PCs. I'm guessing it's just my PC's "personality"?

No 2 pieces of hardware will overclock the same. Benchmark scores are subjective, not fact. Some of those scores you are finding could be someone using ridiculous cooling methods or overclocking to the brink of destruction. As long as it is performing up to par, don't sweat it.

But are my previous settings transferred to my new card with the Windows start-up options?

no, it wont be. If you are that worried about it, dissable the feature and then put the new card in.
