Lo all again, After getting this card Sapphire ATI Radeon X1950 Pro 512Mb AGP, i went and got the Zalman vf900 cooler so that i could start to overclock it. Well so far all i've had is trouble.
First question is, does this type of cooler run off the motherboard. as the power cable connecters does not fit onto the card but it does fit the motherboard one (thats were it is at the mo)
Second question, ever since i've put this cooler on i get game crashes, pc crashes and alot of judder in some games. And all of this is before i have overclocked it.
I have got a Trust 570W psu so it should not be a power issue.
Rail values are +3.5v / +5v +12v1 / +12v2 / -12v
32A 30A 16A 16A 1.0A
360W 192W 192W 12W
570W

I have even put the AGP voltage in the Bios up to 1.7V but does not seem to have made any differance.
Thought i might be gettting bottle neck but it was fine before i put this cooler on. I have thought about taking it off but i dont like to be defeated

Open to all advise as i need it sorted
