Default overclocking utility for vista 64? 9800gx2

Does anyone have a link to a good software to help me overclock my 9800 gx2 in vista ultimat 64? I can't find any that are compatible with vista or can tweak the 9800.

What's wrong with the latest Riva Tuner?

I was going to suggest Precision, if its an EVGA gpu, also, have you tried Riva?
