    Hello everyone! This is daniel. im new to the whole forum thing but not new to computers. forgive me for my poor grasp on the english language (lol) actually grammar too anyways my main problem is that i have a good computer but poor graphics card
    Heres my specs:
    2.4ghz processor, 512 ddr ram and 533 front side buss thingy and then a ****ty Geforce 2 64 mbs graphics card (t100) and its a sad p.o.s. ok this is bad anyhelp at all would help me greatly
    oh yea i also have cable internet ok see you later guys i have to go

    I think he either:
    A. wants advice on a new card.
    B. Wants us to donate a card.
    C. wants to know if he can boost the preformance.
    or
    D. wants to tell us how crap his video card is, not that i can talk :(

    So believe that a solution waits for you, its a matter of time.

    Alright guys my main question is does Xp slow down performance and with home edition xp and a radeon 9700 would me computer be able to handle almost any game? (2.4 ghz comp 512ram blah blah blah) you get the picture. anyways just curious . please post your ideas and ill get back to you =)

    It should run every thing (not counting compatabitily isues).
    If posiple stear clear of XP home and go with XP Pro instead, it's worth the extra $'s
