It's a budget build, I'm going to use it for office and also some gaming,
I only mentioned the important performance stuff:

    Epox EP-8RDA3 nForce2 Ultra400 3DDR-DIMM 5PCI Audio

    Athlon XP2600+ Thoroughbred 2083MHz/2.083GHz 256Kb 333MHz 0.13 bulk

    Volcano 7+ cpu cooler

    2x TwinMOS Original 256Mb DDR-DIMM PC3200/DDR400 184pin 400MHz CAS2.5 (AMD OK)

    Seagate Barracuda 80Gb 7200rpm 2Mb UDMA100 IDE

    MSI GeForce4 TI4200-8X Lite 128MB DDR TV-out DVI

Any thoughs on the above stuff are appriciated, specially on the vidcard since I never used any MSI ones before.. It will be ordered within a day or two.. /THX

Use MSI frequently in customers systems. Never came back with problems. And its a good chipset, so i dont see a problem. I don't like the RAM thou. Go with Corsair/Kingston. Those brands just make me feel warm inside.

The vid card you have selected is the same one I just picked up a month or so ago. I have it linked to newegg.com if you want to check. I got the VTD8X.
Haven't been able to use it yet though, still waiting on my case to get here. (3rd one, should be a charm. I am waiting for the RIGHT one, black w/gold accents. They keep sending the silver one!!!)

TwinMos is better than Kingston from all the reviews I have read. From the reviews, TwinMos compares to Corsair and Mushkin.
That is the ram I ordered and then cancelled when I found the deal on Geil.

    Looks all good to me,

    Chez

I use Buffalo Tech. RAM, its got WinBond chips, as TwinMOS does (i think) And it works great, and compares to Corsair....its basically Corsair w/out heatspreaders

Very nice system. I own the same card, awesome card. Some of the best cooling I've ever seen on a video card. Should be able to hit 300/590 with no problems for o/c'ing (from stock 250/512) w/o modifications. Cheers and good luck with hte new system, : peace2: Mista K6

    Ummm....

I'd dump the PC3200 for some PC3500 C2 as ya'll be able to jump that sucker straight to the 200FSB (215MHz seems to be the average max out with this chipset) plus I'd also grab a WD JB HDD.

Well this mem will have to do for now as the sweet C2 3500 is nearly double the price.. :(

I'll post the results when I've built it and seen how good it allows me to oc etc, kind of exiting as I've never played with this kind of memory before.. :)

The damn parts has not arived yet though, It's the damn geforce that are delayed to the reseller..
