Ok my next question is, do ya want to build it yourself from components or get it already assembled? :?:

Ok let's see how this sounds to ya?

    Athlon XP 1800+_______$355
    EPoX 8KHA+ M/B_______$225
    17" Monitor____________$350
    40gig HDD_____________$210
    256MB DDR SDRAM _____$210
    Case w/ 300w PSU _____$120
    LiteOn 40x10x24 CDRW __$225
    DVD 16x ______________$120
    GF3 Ti200 w/ TV out ___$450
    Volcano 7 HSF _________ $55
    3.5" Floppy Drive________$20
    Keyboard & Mouse______ $60
    Total_______________ $2400

Now these are reasonable prices for Australia and give you a $100 buffer on your choices such as case, keyboard and mouse. :smokin:

The HDD is either a Western Digital or Seagate 7200rpm (both are the same price from where I get them)
The Monitor is a 17" Viewmaster MF700 Flat but several brands and models at around that price.
I only threw up approx retail costs from around here . :smokin:
