    Hi there

    I have a Matsonic 6307C motherboard with a SiS 645DX chipset, and I want to upgrade my graphic card. I actualy have a Creative Blaster GeForce 4 MX420 64 MB, but I'm getting pretty demanding, and I want to know if any of you can tell me what's the best compatible graphic chipset for it know.

    Nvidia Fx or ATI PRO ?

    Other info's: Intel P IV 2.0 GHz 512 MB 333

    thx anyway for reading,

    Colmarino: Are you sure it's not an MS9307C, as I can't find a Matsonic 6307C motherboard. What applications/games do you want to run on your new graphics card, do you want to beable to overclock it and how much do you want to spend?

    Hi weta, yep you'r right ! My bad....

    I'm already playing Morrowind, want to play Star Wars Galaxies, and I like intense movement games like MOHAA, Counter Strike,etc...

    I'm not a great fan of overclocks, so the answer is no.

    I'm thinking of spending about 300 tops. 1 ~ 1 US$

    Thanks for the concern,

    Cheers

    Colmarino: No problem, I just wanted to make sure I was looking at the correct motherboard.

    1. ATI Radeon 9600 XT
    2. Nvidia GeForce FX 5700 Ultra
    3. Nvidia GeForce FX 5700
    4. XGI Volari V5 Ultra *
    5. XGI Volari V5 *

    * Not launched yet

    For me it would be between the 9600 XT and 5700 Ultra.
