I'm building my first computer of my own, and am wondering if the ATI Radeon 9600 PRO is a good choice. I will be casually gaming, but just want to be able to play new games comfortably, not overly astoundingly. So... is the 9600 PRO my answer? I hear the overclocking capabilities make it a pretty good card. Any other suggestions on this or any other part that I should be looking at(from vid cards to processors etc.) is definitely welcome.

The 9600 Pro should work nicely. It supports DirectX9 for when games start utilizing this API (sometime soon I believe), and it also offers good performance for a medium budget.
