    ummm your budget would be a good thing to know before we go recommending cpus...

    just replacing the current (probably dead) cpu

    $100US +/-10 - in retail packaging (gotta have that warranty!)

    an AMD XP 2600+ Barton 333MHz FSB in retail packaging is $90 on newegg.com
    i can get it for problaby $75 or so, but with a 15 DAY warranty

    wait

    like hell i will!

    (and yes, 333fsb is req. for chaintech 7NJL1 board)
