What power supply do you guys recommend? And with pci-xpress comin soon, how long do you figure this system will last me before I have to rebuild? Any advice/comments would be greatly appreciated!

ASUS's KV8 series motherboards are spose to be the better Athlon64 mobo's atm but I'd recommend that if ya can then hold off until June as not only prices will be better but there will be newer chipsets for mobo'd with better features as well as newer CPU's.

new things always will be coming ,

no, do not buy now unless you are getting a budget system (which it doesnt sound like you are). With PCI-E, Socket-939, DDR2, and a slew of other new tech coming out, anything "top of the line" that you build now will be left far behind when the new tech comes out. Wait until June or so, at least thats what I'm doing, the new tech will be out, tested, and a little bit loweri n price. : peace2: Mista K6
