    What's your budget?

I would be looking at a new processor and video card if I were you.

If you do that you might as well move away from P4s, though.

Definately a new CPU and video card, quite possibly a motherboard if at all possible.

    Pentium 4 2.4c (800mhz FSB) - $165
Sapphire ATi Radeon 9800pro - $205 (Get this if you go with AMD or Intel)
Asus P4P800 - $120? (Not sure on this one)

    Or you could get...

    AMD Athlon64 3000+ - $210 (Somewhere around there)
    9800pro
    EPoX 8KDA3+ - $Don't know, estimating around $110

Go with a Socket 939 board and a 3500 if you're willing to throw that much at it.
