For starters the board doesn't use DDR2, and I wouldn't get it in your situation anyway. You'll want an MSI K8N Neo4 SLI, not Ultra. Ultra is good, but you need the SLI if you want to run SLI, which you would for an "ultimate PC."

Might as well get an FX55 instead of a 4000 if you're on that kind of a budget...

Get some OCZ PC3200 Platinum Rev. 2 for your RAM. Get two 512MB sticks. Don't get 1GB sticks because they have horrible latencies and perform and overclock poorly, and don't get four 512MB sticks because that will overclock terribly and force a Command Rate of 2T, which hurts performance as well. Plus it may default to lower speed than PC3200 so you'd have to overclock it just to get it to stock speeds. Get 2x512MB for dual channel, or 3x512MB if you really think you can make use of more than 512MB of RAM, which is unlikely.

I don't know if that's the case I'd go with, but go with whatever you like. The cases cooling abilities are irrelevant if you'll be using watercooling.

I'd get a much stronger PSU. Get a 560W, possibly Thermaltake though there are other good brands too (Antec, Enermax, etc.).

    That's actually a pretty decent guide. :)

I'm tempted to recommend this Antec, but my problem with the high-end Antec PSUs is the lack of PFC (which that one has). Haven't had any experience with Sparkle, but this would be nice, and they make decent PSUs from what I've heard (specs aside).

I like the antec power supplies. I have a 430 w true power in my pc and I haven't ever had a problem with it. It's quiet and reliable. I reccomend one of theirs.

DDR2 will not work with any AMD system as yet.
