Alright, with out overclocking parts, what's the best I could get, keeping the limit to 650?

Edit: nvm, im not that lazy. I cut everything back to yawgm0ths 939 non-overclocking set-up. The leaves me with 218 for a vid card.

All three of these cards are a little above 218 BUT they are good:
if you want the 6600GT Here
If you wnat a 9800 Pro Here and petter brand Here Both these are good brands, choose what you like better. They are both 128MB but are both 256Bit..

Your final budget will be closer to your $700 limit though with these cards.

Edit: There seems to be very few 6600Gt's with AGP in stock at newegg.

Personally, I'd go with this for price and this for overclocking (which you're going to want to do to the video card, especially if it's a 9800 Pro... it's a lot easier than CPU overclocking and adds virtually nothing to the cost). Problem is, they're both out of stock. As are all the 6600GTs. The 6600GT just came out for AGP and it's a huge seller, so it might take a while. On the other hand, if you wait for nForce 4 Ultra PCI-E socket 939 motherboards, which should be on Newegg soon (they should already be there :( ), you could get a 6600GT for less than a Radeon 9800 Pro, though that may be necessary just to make up for the increased motherboard cost. Personally, I'd probably wait and try to increase the budget a little.

Edit: The first 9800 Pro is nice, but it costs more than 6600GT, it's just the 6600GTs aren't in stock. I'd wait. If not, this is a lot cheaper, at the cost of an insignificantly few memory MHz and really nice cooling, which this and Arctic Silver 5 will fix by providing great cooling so you can overclock it more. If you don't overclock it (like I said, it's easy and there's not nearly as much risk), then the cooling is irrelevant.

Must have missed that one... didn't show up in my search.
But yes go with that one Yawgm0th posted just now.
That is if you dont want to wait for nForce4... But it seems you want this computer soon and the first models are going to be expencive so I would forget about that for now.

Anywhere else I can purchase these things for the same price? I called my local computer store and they up'ed the price on the 6600GT about 250% :(
