The 35 watt 2400 is actually the best (and most expensive) socket A CPU for overclocking.

I don't care if you are getting video later; don't get that motherboard. Get an NF7-S. With the proper mod (easy, safe), it's the best overclocker out there, and then there's the Soundstorm audio, which should remove any desire for an add-on PCI card.

I'd probably get one of the empty ten-bay cases and buy a Thermaltake 420W seperately. Sure, Raidmax provides a workable PSU, but I'm not soo sure I'd want to overclock with it.

The RAM you have picked out is perfect for what you'll be doing.

Why that board? Like I said, the Abit NF7-S rev. 2 is the best socket A OCing board out there, and one of the most feature-rich socket A boards.

in all seriousness, I can't change the order, and I have confidence that the msi board will be adequate! Thanks for your help however.
