Default What parts are best to upgrade?

I currently have a PC I want to upgrade but i'm not sure what part to upgrade, probably think that the ram is what's holding it back as when i try to overclock (I think I have a locked multiplier) I can't get the FSB over 208Mhz even when i raise the voltage by 1.5V.
I have about 200 GBP to spend at most (370 USD).

    Abit Kv-7
    Amd Athlon Xp 3200+
    Radeon 9800pro OEM
    1x1024mb pc3200 stick of OEM ram (non-ECC, 2.5-5-5-9)
    case with 1x9mm case fan
    420watt power supply
120gb Maxtor with 8mb cache (forgot the model name)

    Thanks!

I would suggest spending some of that money and get a few more fans for the tower. other then that next i'd get ram, like you said.

Agreed. Get 2x512MB of PC3500 RAM from a good company and get some more fans. I'd say a couple intake (side or front) and a couple exhaust will be good enough.

BTW, what brand is the PSU?

Yes faster memory will help (2-2-2-5 to 2-3-3-6) but which voltage are you raising by 1.5v (CPU or memory)?
Also the AXP3200+ is not as overclockable as lower models so it may well be that you have found the o/c limit of your CPU with your current cooling solution though a better cooling solution may improve your results by a little bit.

My psu is again, OEM. I was trying to economise when purchasing the parts!
I was raising the cpu voltage only as I didnt know whether the OEM ram might fry if I increased the voltage!
Do you reckon Mushkin or OCZ and which model please, thanks!!
