I'd change the motherboard to a DFI LANPARTY UT nF4 Ultra-D. Though, if you have no intentions of ever overclocking, I'd say stick with the Chaintech nForce 4 Ultra board and save a bunch of money.

The power supply ought to be bigger. For six bucks more, a 500w Antec makes a lot of sense.

The RAM could be better. If you ever want to overclock, 2x512MB of OCZ VX or Mushkin Redline would be good, otherwise what you have is fine.

If you're willing to throw a bit more money at this, I'd strongly recommend getting a dual core Athlon 64, with the 4200 and 3800 being the cheapest choices. The 3800 is priced higher than it should be right now, but it should come down soon. Until then, it doesn't make much sense as the 4200 is just a little bit more and a lot more powerful. If you want to lower the price to make up for this change, get a different case. A decent case can be had for less than $50 shipped, and the Lian Li you've picked out is going to be over $125 shipped. Case is easily the best area to cut down on. I'd only recommend a case like that for a budgetless system

Get the Fortron AX500-A for the PSU. It is much better then both of the Antec PSU's mentioned.

Do you say that because of the inferior rating on the dual 12v ralis it has in comparison to the Antec PSUs? Or, perhaps, do you think it's better because it has the rediculous price of $91? Even if it is better (and I'm sure you've got one of each and have tested them thoroughly), it's not necessary for this system, overclocked or not. An 500W Antec with dual 12v rails will be extremely reliable and handle just about any overclock that would be thrown at this system.

Newegg seems to overprice a lot of their PSU's. It is a little over $70 at ewiz. Also specs mean very little. Even though the +12v ratings on the Antec is higher the Fortron is a better PSU. Fortron is very conservative when it comes to specs. So considering the price is around the same the Fortron would be the better choice.

Also, no I have not tested these PSU's myself. I don't have the equipment to do a thorough test. My information comes from studying user experiences on several message boards and by reading plenty of reviews. The majority of the reviews on the net suck though. I know the capabilities of the Fortron and at that price point it is hard to beat.

If ewiz is a reliable site, perhaps. That said, my experience of other users' experiences' tends to be that Antec PSUs are quite good, but if Fortron is just as good and available for around the same price, it's certainly worth considering.

    Ewiz is reliable.

They seem to have good deals on a lot of things such as PSU's and they have the 3000+ OEM for cheap. With these cheap prices a lot of people on other message boards has been buying from them and I have not heard of any problems from them.

Also while Antec is reliable, lately they have not been impressing me at all. The TPII is a perfect example with its poor ventilation. I also highly doubt it would be able to supply its rated amperage judging from a few tests I have seen.
