The ram is up to you. I chose the cheapest to make it into the budget. I prefer Corsair, but it is up to you. OCZ is the best for overclocking.

In my opinion, stick with AM2. 939 will be phasing out soon and you might want a cpu upgrade in the future. Even though you could save your ddr 400, the ddr will be phasing out and will be taken up by ddr2.

I would still go with the X2 3800. It would help you cut costs. Besides, you can save up and by something in the FX series in the future if you want. I believe that the X2 4200 would almost be too much IMO, maybe I'm wrong, but oh well.

Another thing, I would go with the GS version of the 7600 because it is cheaper. You can choose what fits you best. I'll take a suggestion from Yawg: Go to eBay or Anandtech and search the for a used 7800 gt for sale. A lot of people are selling their 7800's for 7900's so you might be able to get a good deal. Try it.

The mobo I chose will allow you to enable SLI when you can afford it. With the Asus board, it will hurt you if you don't already have 2 7600's.

Sorry for the confusion: IMO means In My Opinion.

The graphics card is up to you. The GT performs better and costs more - you get what you pay for.
