Hi....here's my 2 cents worth. Personally I'm a big Corsair fan when it comes to memory, so I would opt for the Corsair Dominator DDR3 since you say price is not an issue. Go for the 850w or better yet 1000w Corsair PSU. You always want your PSU running cool and with at least 25% headroom for growth down the road, so you don't have to upgrade your PSU if you want to go Xfire or add more hardware. I'm currently using the Corsair HX1000W PSU. I actually need about 775 watts at this time. However, this PSU is loafing along, barely getting warm with plenty of headroom for expansion...I LIKE THAT! Third consider the TRUE, Megahalem, or IFX-14 coolers. What ever you do good luck!
CM Storm Trooper - Corsair AX1200
    Asus Rampage IV Extreme - i7 3930k - Corsair H100 cooling
    16GB Corsair Vengeance Memory - 2xGTX 580 SLI + GTX 460 PhysX - 3x500GB HDD + 240GB Mushkin + 2x256GB Crucial SSD
    Sony & Asus Optical Drives - Logitech C310, G15, G13, G700
