Default is it worth upgrading to radeon 6950

i currently have a HIS Radeon 6850 and i have been using it for about 4 months
i was wondering if it was worth selling and upgrading to a sapphire radeon 6950
is it worth selling the radeon and getting about half my money back and spending that much more money or is it not worth going for the 6950? thanks in advance

Considering you can flash the 6950 to a 6970 then I would be a worth while upgrade I would think

You can ask yourself if you really need it.
Are there any games you can't play etc.?

If not, then why not wait for the HD7xx0 serie?

Why not buy another 6850 and sli them? That would be a more affordable upgrade.

My bad, I wasn't sure which was for what make, cheers. I didn't notice how old the thread was either. U think he would have come back with what option he had gone with.

In a perfect world, the OP would ALWAYS post the final results and/or if/how the problem was solved.
You can always double check the date of the most recent post by looking above the last poster's forum name or avatar.
