yes at that price id grab one straight away, there are newer m5's coming out but there wont be that price!!

dont be put off by the write speeds its the read speeds that matter most, good, reliable drives

see how much the same drive is but a 120gb,might be better to go for the larger space

I'm using a 60GB ssd, but I'd recommend 128GB (or larger) for an o/s boot drive.
Make sure that any ssd that you buy uses synchronous Nand , not asynchronous Nand!!

In http://forums.tweaktown.com/gigabyte...-capacity.html, I went through quite a few steps to keep my o/s ssd at less than ~50% full.

Hahaha, I check the technical spec on SSD's not to see if it tells you what type of nand they use after hearing it so much form you guys. I'm only planning to use the ssd for the os and bf3 so won't 64gb be enough or do u get faster read/write speeds on the larger capacity drives?

You'll get slightly faster speeds with a 128 - 256GB ssd, but you probably won't notice the difference.
Check out my async vs sync ssd thread, post #5 has a useful real world benchmark test from a recent TweakTown review.

oh yeah oh yeah oh yeah! Nearly pooed myself when I saw the price though! Newegg is far cheaper at 215, not looked into postage from them though. Do u think more places will release them on the next day and the prices will drop? I thought they were supposed to be around 215-220 not 250! Finally

I don't understand that, you would think in this day and age they would ship world wide. That's a huge market they are missing out on.
